I enjoy exercising and staying active, not only because it helps me feel good, but because it gives me that feeling of power and control over my body and mind. Exercise is more than a routine for me, it is a lifestyle that allows me to challenge myself every day, improve and, above all, be the best version of myself.. One of my greatest pleasures is meeting new people and cultures. I love to travel, learn from other perspectives and share stories. I firmly believe that cultural exchange not only enriches, but also makes us grow as human beings. Talking to people from different parts of the world, understanding their stories and sharing mine, is one of the most rewarding experiences I can have..
