My Personal Space: The Refuge of Flavor
I was born on November 9, under the sign of Scorpio, a sign that carries in its essence passion, intensity and the desire to live every moment to the fullest. My personal space is a reflection of that: a corner of the world where I can be completely me, where time stops and only my favorite pleasures exist — eating, enjoying, traveling and dreaming..
When you enter, the first thing you feel is the aroma. It's a blend of spices from around the world: a touch of curry reminiscent of India, cinnamon from Morocco, and the soft scent of freshly baked bread wafting from an open kitchen. Because in my space, food is not just food, it is emotion, it is history and it is art. On a large rustic wooden table, dishes from different countries are lined up, souvenirs from past trips: a thin-crust pizza from Naples, carefully rolled sushi from Kyoto, tacos with spicy sauces from Mexico, and Arabic sweets that melt in your mouth. In one corner there is a huge, soft armchair, covered with soft blankets and cushions with colorful prints from around the world: Turkish rugs, African fabrics and Latin American embroidery.. From there I can look at a large mural with photographs of my travels: landscapes of beaches, mountains covered in fog, cobblestone streets full of lights, and smiling faces of people I have met along the way..
Every photo has a story, and every story reminds me why I am so passionate about traveling and discovering. The background sound is never absolute silence. Sometimes a soft melody plays, a mix of world rhythms: African drums, Spanish guitars, Andean flutes. Other times, you can only hear the murmur of the wind coming through a large window that overlooks the sea.. I like to think that from that window I can see the whole world: ships that come and go, seagulls that fly free, and the sun that sets every afternoon painting the sky in orange and violet tones.. On a shelf there are books, many books. Travel guides, recipes from around the world, personal diaries where I write my experiences, thoughts and dreams. Some are worn, with folded pages and coffee stains, witnesses of long nights full of reflection. In that space there is also a small globe with colored pins, each one marking a place that I have visited or that I want to know. And, of course, there is a special corner dedicated to celebrations. Because if there's one thing I love, it's celebrating life — and every birthday is a new reason to do it. Every November 9th, that space is filled with lights, laughter, music, and the aroma of my favorite food.. Friends, family or even new travel companions meet with me to share that magical moment where I toast the past, the present and all the paths I still have to travel. My personal space is not just a physical place; it is an extension of my spirit. It is the point where my passions converge: the pleasure of eating well, the excitement of discovering new places, the warmth of the people I meet along the way and the joy of living intensely.. It is a refuge that always reminds me of who I am, where I come from and everything I still have to experience.. Because, in the end, my space is not a destination: it is a continuous journey. 🌎✨
