When it comes to exercise, I try to stay active. Sometimes I go to the gym, do yoga at home, or go for a run. It helps me not only stay in shape but also relieve stress. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, although it can be tricky because of the nature of my work. Still, whenever I can, I make plans with them, whether it's grabbing a drink, having dinner, or just chatting and laughing. I also dedicate my free time to learning new skills. Sometimes I take online courses or watch tutorials on things that interest me, like photography, graphic design, or even cooking recipes.
