My name is AnnaPonky, I am 21 years old, and I was born in Armenia, which is called the city of miracles because of the kindness and gentleness of its inhabitants.. I'm going to tell you about my routine now that I'm about to finish my studies and get my degree in psychology! It's a very exciting time.. As soon as I wake up I'll make tea, I love tea. After that, I take a shower, get ready, and go to the university for my last classes and final projects.. It takes a lot of time to get there, it's very far from my house, so on the way I listen to music, I love listening to music.. When I arrive at the university, I have breakfast with my friends, enjoying these last moments together. I enter the class, and at the end, they give us a small break, I take the opportunity to eat something small again with my friends. The last course I took, which I loved, is about environmental care. It has made such an impression on me that I will continue to apply what I learned even after university.. When I leave classes, my day ends.. Then I go out with my friends to have lunch. I am happy to share this final and very important stage of my life with all of you. I love you very much.. I am an extroverted person by nature.. I really enjoy interacting with people and learning from the experiences that everyone has to share. Being on the verge of becoming a psychologist has not only broadened my understanding of human behavior, but has also taught me to be more empathetic and understanding in my relationships.. My sense of humor is an essential part of my personality.. I like to make others laugh and find the funny side of everyday situations. I believe that laughing together strengthens bonds and makes life lighter and more bearable.. I'm going to tell you what I usually do on the weekends. I like to go out for dinner and then go to a good nightclub.. You know I like to dance, I like contemporary cuisine, after going to a good disco, I like to drink cocktails. My favorite is the Mojito, it's delicious, almost every time I go out I take it, it frees me a lot to do it. I like to leave this here in my biography.. I want to tell you that a long time ago I had a dog, it was my pet, he would often be with me, we spent time together but in reality it was not my pet, he lived on the street but I liked to feed him, wash him and take care of him on Saturday, he was always with me. It hurt me a lot when the next day I had to let him go. I loved him very much, but at my home, they didn't allow me to have animals with me, and in the same way, I noticed that he liked being free and being in the street with his other dog friends.. His name was Matias... after a while, he never came home and I never knew anything about him. Even today, at 21 years old, I still think about it, and I miss it.. For me, the most important things are my dreams and my goals, which is why I strive every day to achieve them. Thank you also for making my life happier and for being a part of this process. The excitement of arriving at an unknown destination, with its unique landscapes and traditions, always fills me with energy and enthusiasm.. I decided that I needed a break from the daily routine and, without much thought, I packed my suitcase and headed to a quiet beach where I had always wanted to go.. I left early in the morning, with the music blasting in the car, feeling that mix of excitement and freedom that only a solo trip can offer.. Upon my arrival, the beach was almost deserted.. Only the sound of the waves and a light breeze welcomed me. I chose the perfect spot to settle down, I spread out my towel and sat down to contemplate the sea.. Feeling the warm sand under my feet and the sun on my skin was so relaxing that I immediately knew I had made the right decision to come alone.. After a while, I decided to take a bath. The water was incredibly clear and refreshing. I let myself float on my back, looking at the blue sky and feeling all the tensions vanish. I wasn't in a hurry, I didn't need to do anything but enjoy the moment. After the bath, I lay on my towel and I took out the book I had brought with me. Reading by the sea has always been one of my favorite activities, and getting lost in the pages of a good story while listening to the sound of the waves was a pure bliss. In the mid-morning, I decided to explore the beach a little more.. I walked barefoot along the shore, picking up seashells and watching the small crabs that were trying to find shelter.. I found a perfect place among the rocks to sit and meditate for a while. I closed my eyes and focused on my breathing, feeling a deep and renewed sense of peace.. As hunger began to set in, I took out the snacks I had prepared.. Eating alone, with the sea for only companion, was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Without any distractions, I was able to savor each bite and truly appreciate the food.. After lunch, I decided to be a little adventurous and signed up for a paddleboard lesson.. I had always wanted to try and, although I was a little nervous at first, I quickly found my balance and started paddling with confidence.. Gliding on the water, feeling the sun and the breeze on my face was an incredibly liberating sensation.. I used to make fun of myself every time I lost my balance and fell into the water, enjoying every moment.. The day flew by and before I knew it, the sun was starting to set.. I sat on the sand to watch the sunset, letting the warm colors of the sky fill my heart with gratitude.. It was a perfect moment, one of those moments when you feel completely connected to yourself and to the world.. Nature is one of my greatest pleasures. I feel alive when I am surrounded by lush forests, majestic mountains or the calm sound of the ocean waves. Hiking the trails, camping under the starry sky and days at the beach are my favorite activities. Nature has a way to recharge my energy and connect to myself and the world around me. It is in these moments that I feel a deep peace and immense gratitude for the beauty of the planet.
