Most Attractive Celebrities in Spain – 2025
June 2025
The survey conducted by Discurv primarily aimed to understand the perceptions and opinions of Spaniards aged 18 and over regarding the attractiveness of various celebrities. The results reveal strong participation, with a demographically and geographically balanced sample, a harmonious gender distribution, and a majority of respondents who are professionally active.
From a demographic perspective, most participants are aged 35 to 49, followed by those aged 18 to 34, with a strong concentration in Andalusia, Catalonia, and Madrid. There is also diversity in professional situations, with full-time employment being predominant.
Regarding celebrity attractiveness, Carlos Sainz Jr. and Rafael Nadal are perceived as the most attractive male athletes, while Alexia Putellas clearly dominates among female athletes. In the film industry, Antonio Banderas and Blanca Suárez stand out among actors and actresses. Pablo Alborán is considered the most attractive male singer, while Aitana leads among female singers.
It is worth noting that a significant number of respondents did not find any of the proposed celebrities particularly attractive, highlighting the diversity of opinions and tastes within the Spanish population. Respect for privacy also appears to have been a key factor in encouraging participation in the survey.
In this study on the perception of male athlete attractiveness, Carlos Sainz Jr. and Rafael Nadal rank jointly in first place. They are followed by Sergio Ramos and the option “none of these celebrities.” This reflects a shared preference between figures from motorsport and tennis.
This ranking highlights male attractiveness that is strongly structured around iconic sports figures, combining performance, longevity, and media exposure.
Carlos Sainz Jr. (F1) and Rafael Nadal (tennis) are tied at the top with 15% each. They embody a form of sex appeal rooted in mastery, discipline, and elegance, with a very strong international image.
Sergio Ramos (football) follows closely with 14%, confirming that football remains a powerful driver of attractiveness, particularly through charisma, leadership, and media visibility.
Gavi (12%) and Fernando Alonso (11%) illustrate two different dynamics:
After the top five, the drop is significant:

Respondents aged 18–34 prefer Gavi and Carlos Sainz Jr., while those over 50 favor Nadal, Ramos, or Alonso. Most votes come from women, except for Jesús Ángel García, who is mainly supported by men. Younger respondents are drawn to recently mediatised profiles, while older ones remain loyal to historical figures.
At the top, Alexia Putellas (football) clearly leads with 20% of mentions. She embodies modern attractiveness, combining charisma, leadership, and sporting success, well beyond the pitch.
She is followed by Paula Badosa (tennis) with 17%, confirming the central role of women’s tennis in perceptions of sex appeal, often associated with elegance and individual performance.
The podium is completed by Mireia Belmonte (swimming) at 11%, proving that a less exposed discipline can still be attractive when the athlete has a strong and recognized image.
Behind these dominant figures:
Conversely, athletes from less mediatised disciplines close the ranking:

Preferences vary by age and gender: respondents aged 18–34 prefer Alba Torrens, Paula Badosa, and Jennifer Hermoso, while those over 50 more often cite Mireia Belmonte or Sheyla Gutiérrez. Most votes come from women, except for Belmonte and García, who receive more male votes.
This chart shows a very clear hierarchy, dominated by actors with long careers and well-established public images.
At the top, Antonio Banderas ranks first with 21% of mentions. His attractiveness is based on a blend of Latin charisma, maturity, and international aura, which continues to appeal across generations.
Just behind him, Miguel Ángel Silvestre scores 19%, confirming the impact of actors from highly visible TV series, where repeated exposure strengthens attachment and desire.
A first drop then appears with Hugo Silva (13%), whose more raw and accessible image appeals to a loyal but smaller audience. From there, scores decline quickly:
The rest of the ranking is highly fragmented:
Finally, Fernando Rey, Gabriel Guevara, and Raúl Arévalo close the ranking with 1–3%, illustrating a more niche attractiveness.
Key insight: among male actors, sex appeal is strongly linked to career longevity and a public image built over time. Iconic figures dominate, while newer or more discreet talents struggle to compete, even when artistically recognized.

Generational effects shape preferences: Banderas and Fernando Rey are favored by those over 50, while Arón Piper and Miguel Bernardeau appeal to the 18–34 age group. Votes mainly come from women, except for Fernando Rey and Banderas, who are more appreciated by men.
This ranking highlights female attractiveness largely dominated by strong figures in Spanish cinema, where screen presence and personality clearly outweigh age or current media exposure.
At the top, Blanca Suárez leads with 20% of the votes. Her success is based on a modern, elegant, and accessible image, reinforced by popular roles and strong media visibility.
Just behind her, Penélope Cruz gathers 17%, confirming that her international aura and iconic status remain extremely powerful, even against a new generation of actresses.
Úrsula Corberó, third with 15%, represents this new wave. Her high score reflects the impact of striking characters and a bolder image, particularly appealing to younger audiences.
A first drop then appears with:
The second half of the ranking is more fragmented:
Finally, Elena Anaya (3%), Mina El Hammani (2%), and Carmen Maura (1%) close the ranking, illustrating attractiveness more linked to artistic recognition than to “sexiness” in the strict sense.
Key takeaway: among Spanish actresses, sex appeal relies on a balance between notoriety, role strength, and public personality. Established icons coexist with younger figures, but those combining visibility and narrative charisma clearly dominate.

Preferences vary by age and gender: 18–34-year-olds favor Mónica Cruz (16%) and Ester Expósito (25%), while those aged 65+ choose Sara Montiel (40%) or Carmen Maura (31%). Men vote more for Mónica Cruz (63%) and Úrsula Corberó (64%), while Penélope Cruz and Nicole Wallace attract a more balanced audience.
This ranking reveals male attractiveness largely dominated by established public figures, where style, presence, and media visibility play a central role.
In first place, Jon Kortajarena stands out clearly with 16% of the votes. His image as an international model, combined with confident elegance and regular presence in fashion and cinema, makes him a clear reference in male sex appeal.
Behind him, Jesús Vázquez scores 13%, confirming that maturity and television charisma remain highly attractive. His long career and well-defined public persona reinforce this lasting appeal.
Andrés Velencoso, with 12%, completes the top three. Like Kortajarena, he benefits from strong fashion capital, where physical appearance is paired with a sophisticated and international image.
A second group then emerges, with closer scores:
Finally, the bottom of the ranking brings together very diverse profiles:
In summary, this chart shows that male sex appeal is not limited to youth or online influence. The most favored profiles combine elegance, media exposure, and strong identity, while entertainment and digital figures attract more diffusely.

Figures such as TheGrefg (62% among 18–34-year-olds) and Álvaro Mel (38%) appeal to younger audiences, while Carlos Latre and David Muñoz receive more votes from those over 50. TheGrefg, Álvaro Mel, and Moroya attract mostly women, unlike Joaquín Reyes and David Broncano, who appeal to a mixed audience. Carlos Latre and Andrés Velencoso receive more votes from men.
This chart stands out for its very strong leadership. Sara Carbonero clearly ranks first with 30% of the votes, almost double that of the runner-up. Her score reflects transgenerational attractiveness, driven by an image that is elegant, accessible, and emotionally strong, far beyond simple media notoriety.
In second position, Georgina Rodríguez gathers 16%, confirming the appeal of ultra-mediatised figures associated with luxury and glamour. Her highly visual image, widely relayed on social media, plays a key role here.
Patricia Conde completes the podium with 12%, illustrating a more “feel-good” attractiveness, fueled by likability, humor, and lasting television presence.
Behind this trio, scores drop quickly:
Silvia Abril (4%), then Eugenia Silva and Ana Blanco (3%), embody attractiveness more linked to personality, credibility, and media longevity than pure glamour.
Finally, the bottom of the ranking (Martina D’Antiochia, Blanca Padilla, Pepa Rus, between 1% and 2%) highlights a clear dispersion of votes, with no dominant figure beyond the top three.

Dulceida is very popular among 18–34-year-olds (44%) and women (67%), while Blanca Padilla appeals more to the 35–49 age group. Pepa Rus and Sara Carbonero attract a predominantly male audience (72% and 68%), unlike Ana Blanco or Patricia Conde, who are more balanced. Susanna Griso and Silvia Abril are mostly appreciated by those aged 50+.
This ranking highlights attractiveness strongly linked to artistic emotion and perceived closeness to the audience. Pablo Alborán clearly leads with 19% of the votes, confirming his status as a sensitive and charismatic figure. His image as an authentic artist, combined with strong emotional depth in his songs, appears to play a decisive role.
Behind him, Enrique Iglesias and Manuel Carrasco share second place with 14% each. Enrique Iglesias benefits from international seductive capital and a confident Latin image, while Manuel Carrasco appeals more through simplicity and attachment to values perceived as sincere.
David Bisbal, with 11%, remains a safe bet: his stage energy and established notoriety continue to generate strong appeal. Alejandro Sanz follows closely at 10%, embodying a more mature and emotional form of seduction, rooted in career longevity.
Below the top five, attractiveness becomes fragmented:
Finally, Morad (2%) and Íñigo Quintero (0%) close the ranking, illustrating more niche or still emerging recognition.

Julio Iglesias and Alejandro Sanz appeal more to those aged 50+, while Alborán and David Bisbal attract women in particular (70% and 58%). Conversely, Morad and Íñigo Quintero attract younger audiences (46% and 49%) and men.
The results highlight a clear dominance of artists firmly rooted in today’s pop culture. Aitana leads by a wide margin with 25% of the votes, confirming strong attractiveness linked to youth, media visibility, and a highly contemporary image.
She is followed by Rosalía with 14%, driven by a unique artistic charisma and a strong identity, both musical and aesthetic. Ana Mena, with 13%, completes the top three, appealing through a dynamic and international image.
At some distance, Marta Sánchez reaches 10%, representing a more established form of appeal, while Bad Gyal (7%) attracts a more niche audience, drawn to her transgressive style.
The lower part of the ranking shows more dispersed scores:
This chart thus illustrates attractiveness largely polarized around young, pop-oriented female figures, leaving limited space for more traditional or generational profiles.

Rosalía, Aitana, and Bad Gyal appeal to 18–34-year-olds and a predominantly female audience (up to 64%). Rocío Jurado and Isabel Pantoja are more appreciated by those aged 50+.
The study reveals preferences clearly influenced by age, gender, and media visibility. Responses show strong generational diversity in tastes and a clear segmentation of favored personalities.
