Hi, nice that you stopped by my little corner. I left a bit about myself here, or rather about my biggest passion. Definitely give it a read. And I almost forgot to introduce myself... my name is Terry. I live in Hungary. In everyday life I’m just a regular student, and my main hobby is lifting heavy iron 🤣. Honestly, I can barely remember what life without the gym even feels like. Workouts for me are like morning coffee: without them the day simply doesn’t start. The barbell, the squats, that deep burn in the muscles... that’s my personal way to stay in shape and not lose my mind in this crazy flow of life. When it comes to food, I have almost religious discipline. I’m that girl who refuses cake at a party with a tragic face and says, “Sorry, every calorie counts.” But my fridge looks like a nutritionist’s dream: chicken, cottage cheese, veggies, eggs, and sometimes a very strictly measured piece of dark chocolate (because I’m still human, not a robot 😌). I love that feeling after training when my body feels light, strong, and somehow grateful that I didn’t trash it with fast food. And if someone offers me something sweet or unhealthy, a treadmill instantly appears in front of my eyes and I have to say no. Though it’s already become a habit by now. The biggest motivation that keeps me going is seeing my reflection in the mirror after a hard session 💪
