My name is… although in reality the name is not that important here. What is more important is who I become with each new day. I am a woman who likes to wake up early, when the city is still a little sleepy, and the air is fresh and quiet. At such moments I make tea or coffee, sit by the window and allow myself a few minutes of silence. Once I read about an interesting author and his path to awareness. And since then the ideas of Buddhism are very close to me - about peace of mind, mindfulness and accepting life as it is.
I once became interested in spiritual development. I read books, listened to lectures, met people who think more deeply. I am close to the idea that a person can constantly develop — not only in work or business, but also within themselves.

I love talking to people. I really do. About life, about fears, about dreams, about business, about travel, about how the world works. Sometimes talking to a stranger can open up a new idea, a new perspective, or even a new direction in life. People is the most interesting book I read every day.

I like to learn. I can spend hours reading about business, listening to lectures, analyzing how companies work, how ideas are born and how small thoughts become big projects. For me, work is not just about money. It is about creation, about development, about movement. I like to feel that I am growing. But at the same time, I am learning not to rush.
Sometimes I read about entrepreneurship and think about how interesting it is to create something of your own. How an idea that appeared in your head can turn into a business that benefits people. I like this process - thinking, analyzing, making plans.

I am learning to stop in the middle of the day, take a deep breath, and just look at the sky. To savor the taste of food. To laugh with friends. To listen to people’s stories. To feel that life is not only about goals and plans, but also about the moments in between. Sometimes people think that spirituality and business are different worlds. But to me, they are very similar. Both are important in mindfulness, honesty, and self-understanding.

I don't strive to be perfect. I just want to be alive. A woman who can think, feel, create, work, learn and at the same time remember a simple truth: life is not only created for achievements, but also for enjoying it. And it seems that this is exactly what I am learning every day. 🌿

But at the same time, I try to remember the balance. Because life is not only about goals, numbers, and results. Life is also about laughing with friends, unexpected conversations with interesting people, walks without a plan, when you just look at the world and feel gratitude. Sometimes in the evening I go out for a walk. Without rushing. Without a specific goal. And my path is the path of curiosity. Curiosity about people. Curiosity about knowledge. Curiosity about life. I don’t know where exactly it will lead me. But I know one thing for sure - I want to live this life consciously. To learn. To work. To develop. And at the same time, not forgetting to enjoy every moment. Perhaps this is the true meaning of life.
