Every person should practice physical exercises to keep fit and healthy. As for me, I try to go jogging in summer, and ice-skating in winter. I like all kinds of sport, especially winter ones, as they are rather spectacular.
 I’m sure many people in the world would agree that figure-skating is the most interesting sport to watch.

It’s interesting to see how athletes perform challenging jumps, spins, and other intricate moves. I think that people, who seriously dedicate their lives to figure-skating, are heroes.

This sport requires hours of training each day, as well as lots of effort and commitment. It isn’t easy to find a good coach, but this factor is very important. This sport is also rather costly. It requires certain material expenses on equipment. I’ve noticed that Russian athletes are really good at figure-skating.

Today, there are several kinds of figure-skating, including freestyle, synchronized team skating, pairs. In my opinion, this sport is the perfect blend of beauty

 and power.

Another one hobby that helps me to show all my emotions is yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga has been a part of my life for more than five years now. It is not a sport, even though it keeps my body toned and makes me feel healthier and stronger. For me yoga is much more than flexibility and strength. It helps me to adjust my thoughts, control emotions and concentrate better. Without yoga, I have strong feelings on everything even not very serious problems and situations. To put it simpler, this hobby improves the quality of my life because it has a positive impact on my mind which in its turn affects all other aspects of my life. Moreover, this hobby can also change your personality. You may become more self-confident thanks to yoga. The fact is that the more you succeed in it, the more confident you feel. You discover new possibilities for your body and learn to control it for 100%. I have tried different styles of yoga, however, the hatha and ashtanga yoga turn out to be the most suitable for me. It is hard to explain why but these styles feel right to me. For several years I had been doing yoga at home using various resources like TV programs, YouTube videos, and special apps., but almost one year ago I found a great studio of yoga. My dream is to go on a yoga tour one day. There are so many kinds of music nowadays, including rap, hip-hop, rock-n-roll, dance, classical, opera, alternative, drum & bass, techno, rock, metal, jazz, reggae, blues, etc. I like nearly all these types. When I’m sad I listen to alternative music or rock. When I’m in good mood I listen to either hip-hop or dance music. Sometimes my teacher takes us to classical concerts or operas, which I also enjoy. When there is a school disco I like dancing at rap and techno music. Once or twice I went to a jazz concert, which I thought was marvelous. To sum up, I’d like to say that music can influence people. It can inspire and enrich them. It can remind of some places and times. Music is not only another art form but a powerful force, which helps us to live❤️ I also write poetry I put all my soul into my poems every verse has its own meaning I always write poems in a good mood also to write a good and beautiful verse I always go to some beautiful place and there I get inspiration I wrote most of the poems on the sea, because the sea is very calming and inspiring when I didn’t know that I have a talent for writing poetry, but when I sat down to write my first poem, I was convinced of this what I want to say is that I really like to write poetry, put myself in them and understand that this is really a very beautiful poem 

what genres of films do you like? I like comedies, science fiction, action films I especially like it when all these genres are combined in one film then you watch the film just with such interest and can’t wait for the continuation

One of my hobby it’s cooking😍 Im sure every man dreams about girl who can cook meals like in restaurants ☺️ Im enjoying when I’m doing this) When I cook, I always start by gathering all the necessary ingredients and tools. I love trying out new recipes and experimenting with different ingredients to create my own unique dishes. Cooking allows me to be creative and improvise with flavors and textures. Also I find the process of chopping, stirring and seasoning to be very theutic. 😊 Cooking has also taught me patience, attention to detail, and the importance of taking time to savor and enjoy the food I create. Engaging in cooking helps me to de-stress and relax, as I focus on the present moment and the process of creating something delicious. It has also taught me valuable life skills, such as meal planning and preparation, and has allowed me to connect with others through the shared experience of enjoying good food.
