Life values are things that a person cherishes throughout his life. Each person has their own values. It can be a career, wealth, fame, entertainment, family. What a person will cherish in the future directly depends on the upbringing received from his parents, the surrounding society and the country in which he lives. The child learns from the example of his parents to love and take care of his family. As he grows up, he develops his own character, his habits, tastes and outlook on life. Over time, friends appear who share the same views on life and with whom it is easy and interesting to communicate.

Personally, when choosing the guidelines of my life, I try to follow Likhachev’s quote: “The greatest value is life!” And indeed, it all begins with this one short word "life"! Life is when you live, i.e. breathe, move, contact with the outside world. And how can there be other life values without this very life? After all, even in the adjective, phrases are formed from this word. Therefore, the main thing for me is to live! Thus, life values are what helps a person to assert himself, move on and be himself.

My room 

My room is where I spend most of my time. As soon as I enter it, I feel comfortable and calm. The room is small but comfortable and functional. It is located on the second floor of our house and has two windows that let in a lot of light. The room has everything you need for study and relaxation. When I'm in a room, I immediately notice my bed, which takes center stage in the room. It is large and comfortable, with a soft mattress and plenty of pillows. There is a small bedside table next to the bed where I keep my favorite books and a night light. Next to the bed is a study table where I spend most of my time. My textbooks, notebooks and pens are always on the table, as well as a computer for work and play. There is a comfortable chair next to the table where I sit when I study or work at the computer. In the corner of the room is a wardrobe, which I use to store my belongings and sports equipment. Next to the closet is an armchair where I relax and watch TV. On the walls of the room there are various posters and photographs that I made myself or received as a gift from friends. My room is my personal space where I feel free and comfortable. I love spending time here studying, reading books, playing on the computer or just relaxing. This is a place where I can be myself and enjoy my passions and hobbies.

Let's remember the criteria for female beauty that existed a couple of centuries ago - they were strikingly different from the current ones. In addition, they have significant differences among different countries and cultures to this day. The true beauty of a person is a constant value, independent of anything. This is something that never goes out of fashion and is always valued in the same way: sincerity, kindness, philanthropy, sacrifice, the ability to empathize and sympathize. He even outwardly may seem more attractive and interesting, attracting people to him with his sincerity, rich inner world and love for his neighbor. Appearance, of course, plays an important role in human relations. But there is something deeper and more important, which should not be forgotten, which no beauty salon can give - this is true, spiritual human beauty.

Harmony

Harmony is a state of perfect balance, to which all living organisms aspire. Harmony can exist in completely different aspects. For example, harmony with nature, harmony with oneself, harmony in relationships.

Probably, the problem is that we have lost harmony with the world around us, lost touch with our true self and stopped hearing what other people are telling us. But it is quite possible to restore these ties. Often, we come to a sense of balance by contacting other harmonious things. So, being in nature can replenish our vitality for a long time. Listening to music also has a healing effect, as does contact with literature or the visual arts. At such moments, the pieces of the puzzle existing in our head, as if by magic, add up into a single picture, and the soul becomes light and joyful.

Undoubtedly, the worst of human vices is greed. The people it takes possession of simply cannot deny themselves the accumulation of material wealth. They are not able to moderate their appetites, because they are always short of everything. Greed never comes alone. Most often, it occurs along with a feeling of envy. If a greedy person sees that someone has something that he does not have, he certainly wants to get it, whether it be money, expensive clothes, jewelry or a car. Therefore, sometimes he is even ready to commit a crime in order to take away the things he likes from another.

In my opinion, it is impossible to maintain relationships with those who are burdened with this vice for a long time, so I am sure that over time, greedy people are left completely alone. Feeling like hermits, they experience constant anger and irritation, but they cannot do anything about it, because greed paralyzes their mind and will.

Gratitude!)))))

Gratitude is a wonderful feeling that is not only pleasant to feel, but also expressed in words or deeds. If another person does something good for me, I always want to say to him in response: “Thank you!” Sometimes, in addition, I can give my benefactor an unexpected gift. My heart beats joyfully in anticipation of the moment when I will be able to express my feelings. And after the words of gratitude already fly from the lips, the soul instantly becomes light and joyful. I feel real happiness.

Surprisingly, sometimes I am so grateful to someone that even tears well up in my eyes. These are the so-called tears of gratitude, and their appearance means that someone's good deed has deeply touched my heart. I myself also like to do good deeds, but in return I do not expect words of gratitude. Rather, I do it to help people. Nevertheless, if a person appreciates my help, it is always very pleasant, and from saying “thank you” aloud, it becomes warm in the soul. Perhaps the greatest feeling of gratitude I feel for my mother. This woman gave me the most valuable thing I have - my life, and now I am indebted to her. I am also grateful to my mother for her patience, warmth, boundless tenderness and endless love. I am also grateful to the teachers who spend so much energy to help us acquire new useful knowledge. And of course, I am grateful to my friends, because without them it would be very difficult and sad for me in this world.

Friendship is an integral part of every person's life. We all meet, interact and communicate with other people. Without it, our life is simply impossible. But at some point this communication moves to a new, closer level, which is called friendship. True friendship manifests itself in really difficult life situations. No wonder people say: "A friend in need is a friend." After all, a friend is a person who will always understand and support you, will always listen to you and give you such valuable and necessary advice. And no matter what happens, no matter how bad things are, a friend will always be there for you and will always be ready to help you.

We all know that there are not so many things in our world that are not sold for money. However, we all know that true friendship, which you can carry through all the hardships of life, cannot be bought for any money. Therefore, a true friend with whom you can really build such a friendship is a rarity in our time. And if you met such a person, then you are incredibly lucky and you will tenderly appreciate and cherish your friendship, no matter what.

Anger is a powerful negative emotion that unfortunately we all experience. You can test it in a variety of situations. For example, when something does not work out or does not go according to plan, when someone deliberately offends us or forces us to do something with which we strongly disagree. Anger is usually born out of feelings of anger and annoyance. Surging like a tsunami, it completely captures the human mind. And in this state, each of us is able to break a lot of firewood. There are cases when, being angry, people got into a fight or a humiliating verbal skirmish, and sometimes even killed each other. That is why the saying: “Your anger is your enemy!” - is extremely fair.

Well, the best thing, of course, is not to bring yourself to a state of anger, and as soon as anger or irritation appears, immediately try to correct the situation. And if it is not possible to do this, then you need to try to look at what happened from the positive side. I also think that our loved ones will be much more pleasant if we learn to politely and little by little express our grievances to them. We will not accumulate anger in ourselves for years, so that later we will explode and arrange a loud quarrel with screams and humiliation of each other. In a word, to keep emotions under control, it is important not to let them become too strong and to solve problems at the stage of their occurrence. Then the attacks of anger with us will occur much less often, if they do not stop happening at all.

Everyone has the right to make a mistake

None of us likes to make a mistake, because at best it is annoying and unpleasant, but at worst it can lead to serious consequences. Errors can be different: we can incorrectly count the change in the store or, for example, solve a mathematical equation incorrectly. If we rashly say unpleasant things to someone, then this will also be a mistake. Many adults scold their children for any misconduct, but I think this is wrong. All people make mistakes, and the reason for this may be a lack of experience, inattention, or strong emotions that overwhelm us. From the fact that others will reproach a person for his mistakes, the situation will not improve, but only worsen. Every wrong step is a new experience. Usually, realizing that they have made a mistake, people themselves, without much help from outside, try to prevent this from happening in the future. In addition, a reasonable and responsible person always seeks to correct the consequences of his actions. For example, he may go to a friend and ask for forgiveness for offending him. People make mistakes all the time at work. After all, it is not for nothing that there is such a thing as the “human factor”, which suggests that none of us can be ideal.

What is a sense of life?

"What is the meaning of my life?" Probably, sooner or later, each person asks himself this question, and each has his own answer to it. Some people look for meaning in their work and strive to achieve professional heights. Others, on the contrary, devote themselves entirely to family and children. Creative individuals are often obsessed with the idea of ​​creating a great masterpiece of art, giving it all their strength. There are absolute pragmatists in the world, for whom the acquisition of certain material benefits becomes important. Sometimes people go all their lives to achieve the desired goal, and this is what fills their every day with meaning. But it also happens that goals and priorities change over time. For example, initially a person may want to build a successful career, but then, when he has children, he may abandon his former intentions, realizing that other things have now become more important for him. As for me, I believe that the meaning of life must be sought in every day lived, which certainly brings with it something new and interesting. You need to be able to enjoy the current moment, enjoying the here and now. This does not mean at all that you should not set any goals or make far-reaching plans. You should definitely achieve what you want, but you don’t need to get hung up on it. Sometimes fate provides us with completely different opportunities, and if you know how to use them correctly, life will always be full of meaning and full of exciting events.

Love of life

Life is the most precious thing a person has, but do we know how to truly appreciate it? Most often, we take our lives for granted, without thinking about how important every day of our stay on earth is. And only rare people truly love life. Usually they can be seen immediately by a happy smile on their face and a burning look. Such people enjoy every moment and find something beautiful even in ordinary things. The sun appeared in the sky - good, the store sells delicious ice cream - even better, the right bus quickly arrived at the stop - just wonderful! I think this ability is a real gift that is not given to everyone. However, even if we do not have natural cheerfulness, we can learn to love life. To do this, you just need to try to look at the world more broadly, to notice those things that often escape our attention in the hustle and bustle. For example, the flight of a butterfly, the rustling of leaves in the wind, the sound of rain, the pleasant feeling of satiety after dinner, or the sweetness of a night's sleep. These seemingly insignificant details make our life so much better. And if instead of focusing on problems and everyday tasks, we pay attention to the wonderful little things of life, then who knows what it will turn out for us?! It seems to me that fate is often favorable to those who love life. She presents such people with unexpected generous gifts that can please them and make them appreciate their stay in this world even more.

They contain such famous sights as the Colosseum (Rome), the Duomo Cathedral (Milan), Piazza San Marco and the Grand Canal (Venice) and many others. Because it's still beautiful, it's nature, however, a little corrected. Nature is, among other things, a very powerful force. She can become a muse for musicians, poets, artists and thinkers. Many beautiful paintings were created and an incredible number of works were written, in a vain attempt to convey the beauty and unique charm of nature. But few people succeeded, because the very charm of nature lies in its elusiveness and instability. Its constant fluidity and changeability attracts the hearts of people. But, on the other hand, nature also symbolizes stability. The land that helps everything to be born, like nothing else, is a symbol of stability and fertility.

Art is an integral part of human culture. It began to arise as soon as people had a desire to create and thus express their attitude to the world around them, to transfer their experience and knowledge to others. Therefore, even in primitive times there was art. Then these were simple drawings made with charcoal on the walls of caves, ritual chants, rituals and decorations from sea shells. Over time, people learned to create more complex works of art, and the valuable knowledge that the creators owned was systematized and began to be transmitted from generation to generation in the form of separate sciences.

People began to organize theatrical and dance performances, create musical instruments and play them. Build your own dwellings, decorating them and making one house completely different from another. Draw pictures and write books, and then take photographs and make films. Contemporary art can be divided into several types. It can be pictorial, such as painting, graphics or sculpture. And it can be spectacular. Such as ballet, opera or circus. In this respect, computer games and performances by entertainers are also, without a doubt, art. But architecture, music and literature are usually classified as not fine, but expressive arts. In order for art to arise, not only the creator himself is needed, but also people who are interested in his ideas. Only in this way the works created by man acquire meaning, become a cultural heritage. And it is this kind of art that is immortal. Thus, the original paintings of great painters have been kept in museums for centuries, and people never cease to admire them.

Story from my life

In our life there are many amazing situations, the outcome of which is completely impossible to predict. Sometimes things happen, as if by magic, when we really want it. And the story that I would like to tell in my essay is proof of that. From an early age, I dreamed of a dog, but my parents did not want to have a pet, because they considered taking care of it too big a responsibility. But one rainy autumn day, my mother and I were returning from the clinic, when suddenly a Labrador puppy ran out to meet us. The dog was obviously a domestic dog, it must have just slipped off the leash during a walk and got lost, but there was no contact information on its collar, except for the name "Jack". Of course, we could not leave the poor fellow on the street and sheltered her. Mom repeatedly put up ads in the area where we met the puppy and posted information about the foundling on social networks, but days passed, then weeks, and no one got in touch with us. My parents already wanted to give the Labrador to a shelter, but I became so attached to my new pet that they did not dare to do this. As a result, the dog stayed with us. I looked after Jack, took him for a walk in the park, where we often played frisbee. And then one day my dad and I threw his favorite toy to our pet, but then music started playing loudly from a passing car - Jack got scared and, having tucked his ears, started off. We searched for him until the evening, but could not find him. I no longer believed in the return of my pet and was very sad, but a few days later in the morning I suddenly heard someone whining loudly on the street. Looking out the window, at the entrance I saw Jack: dirty, emaciated, but still alive and unharmed. What happened was a real miracle for my parents and me, so we remembered this incident for a long time. The amazing meeting with Jack and his equally amazing return made me believe that dreams can indeed come true.

Since ancient times, watching birds soaring in the sky, people dreamed of learning to fly like them. So the first air vehicles were built that conquered the atmosphere. Having mastered various earthly spaces and having learned to use the resources of his native planet, a person felt himself the master of the world and, in a sense, forgot about caution. He is used to taking what nature is rich in, giving nothing in return. The actions of people over hundreds of thousands of years of human existence on earth have led to large-scale negative consequences that have brought us closer to an ecological catastrophe. A lot of problems appeared in the atmosphere. As a result of the construction of industrial plants, the increase in the number of gasoline-powered vehicles and the burning of toxic waste, the air quality on our planet has deteriorated greatly. It began to contain many harmful impurities, ozone holes appeared in the atmosphere. Large-scale deforestation has also led to an increase in the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and a decrease in oxygen. Thus, the person, as if with his own hand, deprived himself of comfort in his own home, casting doubt on his existence. I think that people should definitely improve relations with the outside world and start protecting it, fighting for the purity of the air we breathe and the preservation of the atmosphere of planet Earth.

For example, we decide whether we want to get a higher education or not, whether we want to move to another city, start a family, have children, and so on. Our future depends on our choice. But sometimes some events that take place on the road of our life seem like a chain of amazing accidents. So, we suddenly receive an invitation to a job that we never even dreamed of, or we win a large amount in the lottery. At such moments, our lives often change beyond recognition. But especially it, of course, is changed by meeting new people, who then become close to us. Then our paths with them do not just intersect, they become a single wide road. And we follow it together, hand in hand.

The first association that people have at the mention of India is an ancient religious and philosophical teaching called yoga. I think almost everyone has heard of it today. Yoga is a whole complex of physical exercises, spiritual and mental practices. This system is based on Buddhism and Judaism, so the main goal of yoga is to achieve a state of enlightenment. And along the way, this teaching helps to strengthen the body, increase immunity, find inner harmony and overcome stress. It is these features of yoga that contributed to the popularization of the once closed system. And now, in almost any fitness club, you can find an instructor who can conduct individual or group classes and talk about the secrets of this ancient Indian teaching. There are many areas of yoga, each of which carries a certain meaning and obeys its own law. Ashtanga Vinyasa is considered classical yoga. It is based on special postures - asanas and breathing movements - pranayama. The purpose of this teaching is not so much to strengthen the body, but to educate the strength of the spirit, helping to overcome all physical difficulties. In our country, yoga was interested in even in pre-revolutionary times, but this teaching began to gain popularity only in the late 80s of the twentieth century. At the same time, the first laboratory for the study of alternative medicine methods appeared, and then the first yoga schools. But of course, living in Russia, it is impossible to fully comprehend this teaching. Therefore, those people who are deeply interested in yoga go to India. Autumn is a wonderful time of year when nature changes and becomes very beautiful. All the leaves on the trees change color and fall to the ground. On an autumn day, you can walk through the park and collect beautiful leaves. They are of different colors: yellow, orange, red. You can use them for a herbarium or to create beautiful crafts. In addition, you can take beautiful photographs in the park. Autumn is also harvest time. Apples, pears and other fruits are ripening. I collect them at our dacha, and my mother or grandmother prepares delicious pies and compotes for me. In the evening in autumn it gets dark earlier and we can see the stars in the sky. I especially like looking at the moon and its light. Autumn is an amazing time when nature shows us its beauty and magic. Let's enjoy these wonderful days together!
