poetry: my favorite romantic story

My first summer romance It was a hot and sunny summer. 

I had just finished school and was looking forward to a few weeks of rest before starting university.

 My parents had invited me to spend the summer with them at the beach, and I was very excited. The first day I arrived at the beach, I met a very handsome boy on the beach. He was swimming in the sea and I thought he was the most handsome boy I had ever seen. I stared at him for a while, and he looked at me too. In the end, I decided to talk to him. We introduced ourselves and started talking. We hit it off right away and spent the rest of the day together. We swam, played volleyball and laughed a lot. The next day, we met again on the beach. We spent the whole day together, and that night we kissed for the first time. It was a magical kiss, and I knew I was in love. We started going out together every day. We spent the afternoons on the beach, the nights at the clubs, and the weekends on excursions around the area. It was the happiest summer of my life. But, like every summer, it was time to say goodbye. The day I had to return home, we hugged each other and promised that we would see each other again. That summer was a dream come true. I met the boy of my dreams and we lived an unforgettable love story. Although it was short-lived, it was a summer I will never forget.
