I am a sweet and calm girl, I love peace and harmony in everything I do. I consider myself someone very caring, always willing to listen and support others. Although I have a quiet nature, I am also very curious and love to explore new things, always looking for experiences that take me out of my comfort zone, but without losing my essence. I love the idea of sharing moments of complicity and deep connection. If you are someone respectful, affectionate and eager to share new adventures, we can get to know each other better.
Also, I am a submissive girl who enjoys surrender and deep connection in a relationship based on mutual trust. I consider myself someone open, willing to explore and learn, always within an environment of respect and clear communication. I highly value complicity, caring and understanding of boundaries. If you are someone patient, respectful and willing to create a safe and enriching relationship for both of us, I would be delighted to meet you.

Today was a day that began in an ordinary way, but that became one of those days that I treasure in my memory. I woke up to the familiar sound of my alarm and prepared to face the day. After a quick shower and a light breakfast, I decided to change my routine and head to a different coffee shop than usual. While I was enjoying my coffee and flipping through a book, I noticed a girl sitting in the corner, immersed in her own world with headphones on. Our eyes met and, almost as if on impulse, I decided to approach him and start a conversation. It turned out that we shared similar musical tastes, had favorite singers in common, and enjoyed exploring new clothing styles. The talk flowed naturally, as if we had known each other all our lives. After exchanging laughter and experiences, we said goodbye with the promise of meeting again. I went to my classes at the dance academy with a smile on my face, carrying the positive energy of that pleasant conversation. Dancing has always been my passion, and every movement in the studio is an expression of my love for the art. The day at the academy was intense but rewarding. I practiced choreography, perfected techniques, and shared laughter with my fellow dancers. Every day of training brings me one step closer to my professional goals, and that fills my heart with satisfaction. After classes, I decided to make a special stop before returning home. I visited my mother, who has always been my greatest support. We shared a comforting dinner, remembered family stories, and simply enjoyed our time together. Her love and words of encouragement are my refuge in the midst of the busy life of a dancer. Arriving home, exhausted but happy, I reflected on the day. Although it had been exhausting, it had been a series of meaningful moments. Doing what I love, sharing with new friends and enjoying time with my mother reminded me of the importance of valuing each day. I fell into my bed exhausted with the certainty that, despite the challenges, I am building a life full of meaningful experiences and people who make my trip more special.

Anticipation enveloped me as I prepared for one of the most exciting moments of my dancing career. Today, I would perform at the majestic Jorge Eliécer Gaitán Theater. The magnitude of this scenario did not escape my mind, and I felt a mixture of nervousness and excitement. Early on, I dove into my usual warm-up and practice routine. Every step, every turn, was crucial to ensure that my presentation would be flawless. The costumes and makeup added a special touch to the preparation, transforming me into an elevated version of myself. Arriving at the theater, the magnificence of the building impressed me once again. The high ceilings, elegant architectural details and the history that emanated from every corner created a unique atmosphere. The reality that I was going to dance on that prestigious stage filled me with emotion. Backstage, I shared laughter and words of encouragement with my dance partners. The camaraderie between us eased the nerves that were floating in the air. We helped each other make sure everything was in place, from the costumes to the choreography. The time has come to step on stage. The theater lights dimmed, and the murmur of the audience anticipated the start of the show. With every step I took towards the stage, I felt the vibration of emotion in the air. As he stepped into the spotlight, the audience became a sea of blurry faces. The music started, and my muscles synchronized to the familiar melody. Every movement was infused with passion and dedication. The choreography unfolded gracefully, and I became completely immersed in the art of dance. The energy of the audience manifested itself in applause and cheers, which fueled my performance on stage. Every jump, every turn, was a celebration of years of dedication and love for dance. The connection between music, movement and the public created a unique and unforgettable experience. At the end of the presentation, applause echoed through the theater like a wave of recognition. I bowed my thanks, feeling the gratification of having shared my passion with such an appreciative audience. The Jorge Eliécer Gaitán Theater became the setting for one of the most memorable chapters of my career, a day that I would always treasure in my heart as a victory over challenges and a celebration of the dance that I love.

The day had begun full of expectations and energy for rehearsals in Medellín. An important presentation was coming up, and we were all committed to achieving perfection in every move. However, from the beginning of the trial, things began to get complicated. The choreographies did not flow as we expected. Each step seemed to trip over the next, and frustration took over. Stress was palpable in the air, and in the midst of tension, disagreements arose. An intense discussion broke out between a classmate and me, each defending her vision of the choreography. The sharp words echoed in the studio, and the harmony that we so needed for the success of our presentation was fading. Fortunately, in a moment of clarity, we both realized that we were working towards the same goal. We decided to put aside our differences and focus on finding a compromise that would benefit the entire group. After a calm and thoughtful talk, we managed to reconcile, recognizing that the pressure of the moment had affected our communication. The group, although relieved by the resolution of the dispute, still felt the tension built up. We decided to take a break and find a nearby restaurant to relax and recharge. We shared laughter and stories while we enjoyed the food, and the camaraderie grew stronger again. However, worry crept into our thoughts again when we received the news that one of our classmates injured his knee during rehearsal. The air became thick with uncertainty. We were days away from the performance and faced the possibility of having to reorganize the entire choreography. After a moment of shock, we met as a group to discuss our options. We decided to support our injured partner and adjust the choreography to adapt to his situation. Solidarity was evident, and everyone committed to doing what was necessary to make the presentation successful, even if that meant making last-minute changes. The road to presentation became more challenging, but adversity brought us even closer together as a team. Uncertainty and stress became the driving force to perfect every detail. Despite the obstacles, the presentation in Medellín was carried out successfully, and the audience's applause resonated as a testament to our resilience and dedication.

My trip to Fresno, Tolima was not only an immersion in nature and coffee culture, but also an opportunity to meet incredible people that left a deep impression on me. This small municipality, with its green landscapes and world famous coffee, welcomed me in a way that I will never forget.
Day 1: Arrival and the warmth of Doña María I arrived in Fresno on a sunny day, after a road trip that allowed me to enjoy the mountain scenery and fresh air. My first stop was a coffee farm run by Doña María, an older woman, with hands worked by the fields, but with a smile that brightened everything. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home.
Doña Maria greeted me with freshly brewed coffee and told me about her life in Fresno. She told me stories of how her grandparents planted the first coffee trees on that farm, and how she has carried on the family tradition. We talked for hours while I enjoyed the peace of the farm, surrounded by nature. That night, I slept in a simple but cozy room, while the cool breeze from the mountains lulled me to sleep.
Day 2: Learning with Don Carlos on the Coffee Route The next day, I was lucky enough to meet Don Carlos, a farmer who is passionate about his work. He was part of a tour that took us to explore one of the oldest coffee farms in the area. Don Carlos, with his typical hat of the region and his wooden cane, was a man of few words, but with a deep knowledge of coffee cultivation.
I was surprised by the patience with which he explained to us each step of the process, from the selection of the best beans to the roasting. “Every cup of coffee has a story,” he told me as he showed me how the beans were handpicked. With his help, I was able to pick my own coffee beans, a task that seemed simple but required a lot of skill. I learned to appreciate even more each sip of coffee we drank daily.
After the tour, we sat down to have a delicious “lechona tolimense” for lunch, which we shared with other visitors. It was a moment of conviviality where we all listened to Don Carlos share anecdotes of his life and his love for the countryside. “Coffee is more than a job, it is our life”, he told us proudly.
Day 3: Adventure on Cerro Gualí with Laura and Andrés On the third day I decided to hike to Cerro Gualí, and it was there that I met Laura and Andrés, a young couple who were also visiting Fresno. From the first moment, we connected over our passion for nature. Together we set out on the climb, which turned out to be more challenging than we had anticipated. However, Andres' jokes and Laura's energy made the trek fun.
During the hike, we talked about our respective trips. Laura was an amateur photographer, and as we climbed, she was constantly capturing every detail of the landscape. Andres, on the other hand, was a born adventurer, always looking for the next challenge. They encouraged me to keep going as the slope got steeper, and eventually we reached the top, where we were speechless at the breathtaking view of the San Juan Valley.
After the hike, the three of us decided to go to one of the natural spas in the area to cool off. We spent the afternoon chatting and laughing as we relaxed in the crystal clear waters. It was one of those days when you feel like you are exactly where you are supposed to be.
Day 4: Farewell with the taste of Fresno The last day of my trip was a mixture of nostalgia and gratitude. I returned to the main square, where I met Doña Rosa, a vendor at the local market that Don Carlos had recommended to me. She had a stall full of exotic fruits and typical sweets. She offered me to try some homemade achiras and gave me a detailed explanation of how they are made, with a kindness that reminded me how warm the town is.
Before returning, I said goodbye to Doña María, who gave me a packet of coffee from her own farm. “So you can take a little piece of Fresno with you wherever you go,” she told me with a smile. I felt that I was not only taking her coffee with me, but also her love and everything I learned from the people I met.
Final Reflection This trip was much more than visiting a beautiful place. It was an enriching experience, full of people who, with their simplicity and wisdom, taught me to appreciate the little things in life. Fresno, with its warm people and fertile land, earned a special place in my heart.
