In addition to my work, I am passionate about well-being and health. I strongly believe in the importance of taking care of your body and mind to be able to give the best of yourself in all areas of life. I practice yoga and meditation regularly and try to live a balanced lifestyle that allows me to be at my best, both physically and emotionally.
