Second marriage for her
Vivica A.Fox is engaged to be married. Her agent has just confirmed this to the New York Post. Atlanta nightclub manager Omar “Slim” White proposed on December 26 with an 8-carat ring while the couple stayed at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach, Florida.
“My career has been my only concern so far, and I’ve done pretty well.I waited for God to send me a good man, and I got him,” the actress declared in December on the set of Wendy Williams.
But it looked like the engagement would never happen. Last August, after eight months of romance, Omar White issued a press release announcing his split from Fox. The following day, he retracted his statement, explaining that he had acted on a whim. Understandably, the 27-year-old doesn’t yet have the maturity of Vivicia A.Fox, who is 46.
