If we men feel like little boys, these mothers feel powerful through this gesture, as the photographer, herself a mother, affirms:
“Every time I breastfeed my baby with my hair down and my shirt on, I feel like some kind of superhero. My milk is my superpower,” she tells HuffPost. She invites us to ignore others, as this magical moment is only between mother and child: “Children know when they don’t want to be breastfed anymore. Mothers do too. Strangers don’t know, so they shouldn’t care”, she assures us.
